1. UNCAP RED LINE RULE, NO KILLING OR SHOOTING PAST THE RED LINE
2. NO C4 CARS
3. FACTORY IS UNCAP BASE
4. DO NOT USE ARMOR UNTIL 11 ACTIVE PLAYERS IN GAME
5. NO COMMANDER
6. NO SIDE SWAPPING, ONLY TO EVEN THE SIDES
7. DO NOT KILL ENEMY USING CLAYMORE OR C4 WITHIN FLAG ACTIVATION AREA
8. DO NOT KILL ENEMY USING CLAYMORE OR C4 WITHIN 5 METERS OF SPAWNPOINTS
