Important!: after downloading and unzipping the pbsetup_win32.zip file, you will see a folder with the name pbsetup and 2 files in it.
1. pbsetup.exe
2. pbgame.htm
Right mouse click the pbgame.htm file and select properties. Next "unblock" the file!
Run pbsetup.exe as administrator.
