I think he means in the youtube stream. Zloy there is nothing suspct. in there m8 , shooting on the fence is normal and also there is nothing wrong when he pointing on the factory :-)....

"The rules" for shooting armoured vehicles in this game are very simple: shoot whenever and wherever the enemy may be.
And fog has nothing to do with it, the range of fire is actually VERY large.
The tanker uses his control settings (view) rather than the default ones, and there are certain armour hitpoints (that's all, I won't say anything else ?shhhhhhhh)
